SPS recognized with Cigna Healthy Workforce Designation

SPS North America has been selected by Cigna Healthcare as a recipient of their 2024 silver level Healthy Workforce Designation for demonstrating SPS’ strong commitment to improving the health and vitality of its employees through a workplace well-being program.

SPS North America’s Employee Wellness program provides a diverse array of initiatives aimed at promoting both physical and mental well-being. A sample of initiatives include:

  • Company-wide challenges that inspire healthy routines whether it’s through movement or hydration practices.
  • Contests where employees can share nutritious recipes and favorite home remedies.
  • Wellness webinars featuring interactive training on physical and mental health topics.
  • An on-demand library with workout videos, guided meditations, and other wellness resources.

Organizations recognized with this designation set the standard of excellence for organizational health and vitality.
