If there are any grounds for suspicion, SPS determines the next steps together with the recipient. The police are called in if the customer is not aware of the suspicious content. An explosives container is used for shipments containing a potential explosive device. Our cooperation with emergency services and authorities is well-established and has proven itself many times in practice.
